Nicole is a registered Social Worker (RSW) and holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Manitoba. Her work focuses on meeting people where they are, providing a supportive space to navigate the unique realities of life. Nicole believes that therapy should feel real and human; rooted in authenticity, trust, and collaboration. She brings warmth, empathy, and a grounded sense of humour to her work, helping clients feel at ease while exploring meaningful change.

Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychodynamic principles, Nicole tailors each session to reflect her clients’ unique needs and goals.

Areas of Specialty: Anxiety, panic, stress, depression and mood concerns, trauma, grief and loss, shame, relationship and family conflict, crisis intervention, chronic illness, and healthcare navigation.
